Project
Centralization of HR data in a unique SAP HR system.
Business context
Our customer is composed of multiple companies, each with their own HR processes. The project
aimed to unify HR processes for all the affiliates, and to centralize data into a unique SAP HR
system. The solution required significant changes to the customizing for the Master Data module
in the master SAP HR system to allow a smooth migration of allifiates' data.
